PERAN KEMAMPUAN INOVASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA USAHA KECIL MENENGAH (UKM)

Abstract


Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) membutuhkan Kemampuan Inovasi yang kuat untuk memenangkan persaingan dalam dunia bisnis. Berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya akan peran Kemampuan Inovasi dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Bisnis. Data diperoleh dari 228 UKM di kota Malang. Analisis Data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Secara keseluruhan hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut: pertama, Kemampuan Inovasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Bisnis. Kedua, Kewirausahaan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Bisnis. Ketiga, Orientasi Pembelajaran mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap Kemampuan Inovasi. Keempat, Sumberdaya Teknologi Informasi (TI) dan Kemampuan Inovasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Bisnis. Dan kelima, Sumberdaya Teknologi Informasi (TI) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap Orientasi Pembelajaran.
