Abstract


Karya tulis ini merupakan upaya untuk mengetahui pengaruh atau hubungan antar variabel yang terdiri atas karakteristik pekerjaan sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja sebagai variebel terikat melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Melalui pembahasan beberapa variabel dalam karya tulis ini sangat diharapkan bisa menambah khasanah keilmuan khususnya bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia.
