<span>One of the main challenges faced by the skincare industry in Indonesia is maintaining consumer satisfaction, which refers to consumers’ evaluation of product quality, price, and brand image in line with their expectations. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, price, and product quality on customer satisfaction among undergraduate students of the Management Study Program at STIESIA Surabaya who use Avoskin skincare products. In this context, customer satisfaction reflects the level of acceptance and positive experience of consumers toward skincare products, which has implications for loyalty and repurchase intention. This research employs a quantitative descriptive approach, with a finite population consisting of 695 students from the 2017–2020 cohorts. The sample was determined using purposive sampling with the criterion of students who use Avoskin products. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire measuring brand image, price, product quality, and customer satisfaction, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 28. The results indicate that brand image, price, and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with brand image being the most dominant variable. These findings highlight the importance of a strong brand image, fair pricing strategies, and consistent product quality in enhancing consumer satisfaction. By understanding the interrelationship among these variables, skincare companies can design more effective marketing strategies to strengthen consumer satisfaction and sustain brand competitiveness in an increasingly dynamic market.</span>Novianto Eko Nugroho

<p>Oral health is an integral part of overall well-being and significantly impacts quality of life. However, awareness of preventive dental check-ups remains low in many countries, including Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the economic and social determinants influencing individuals' decisions to undergo preventive dental check-ups in Jakarta. A cross-sectional survey design was used, collecting data from selected respondents through structured questionnaires. Independent variables included economic factors (income, health insurance) and social background (age, education level), while the dependent variable was the frequency of preventive dental check-ups. Data analysis employed descriptive statistics and logistic regression. Simultaneous testing reveals that the examined variables influence dental visits (Prob > Chi² = 0.0213) with a low contribution (Pseudo R² = 0.0287), suggesting that economic and demographic factors play a minor role in decision-making. These results highlight the need for health policies that go beyond financial and demographic considerations. Strategies such as raising awareness of the importance of preventive dental care are essential to increasing public access and adherence to oral health practices. <p>This study examines the effect of business process digitalization on customer satisfaction at Teras Caffe, Tuban. The study used a quantitative descriptive approach by distributing a structured questionnaire to 18 respondents. The study's findings indicate that the use of digital tools such as online ordering, digital payments, and QR code menus significantly improves customer convenience, service speed, and overall satisfaction. These findings suggest that digital transformation is a critical factor in enhancing service experiences and customer loyalty in small food and beverage businesses.</p>Ahmad - Aliyafi

<p><em>This paper aims to analyze the role of e-commerce digital transformation in encouraging green entrepreneurship practices in culinary MSMEs and to identify supporting factors and barriers to the integration process. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 31 Scopus-indexed articles and reputable journals from the 2020–2025 period. The analysis was conducted by examining findings related to aspects of digital transformation based one-commerce, and culinary MSMEs that are relevant to the implementation - commercein practicegreen Entrepreneurship. The study results show that digital transformation in e-commerce has a positive impact on energy efficiency, waste reduction, environmentally friendly packaging innovation, and increased competitiveness of MSMEs. Key supporting factors include government support, digital training, collaboration between business actors, and increased consumer awareness of green products. However, ongoing obstacles include the cost of technology implementation, limited digital literacy, uneven logistics infrastructure, and minimal regulation and access to green financing. This study emphasizes the importance of synergy between public policy, technological readiness, and the green orientation of business actors to accelerate adoption.e-commercewith practicegreen entreepreneushipin the culinary sector. <p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai di Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bima. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner skala likert. Populasi penelitian sejumlah 189 responden dengan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 34 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi , kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data dengan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja namun pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner skala likert. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 orang dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi , kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data dengan regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS for windows. <p>Kinerja sumber daya manusia (SDM) menjadi faktor kunci dalam menunjang produktivitas dan daya saing perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan di Yamaha Sumber Baru Motor Mangkubumi sebagai upaya meningkatkan kinerja SDM. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan manajemen perusahaan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki kebijakan pelatihan awal bagi karyawan baru serta pelatihan berkala bagi karyawan lama, khususnya saat ada produk atau kebijakan baru. Pelatihan dilakukan secara internal oleh tim training dan HRD, dengan materi utama berupa product knowledge dan pelayanan konsumen. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui penilaian kemampuan pascapelatihan dan performa kerja. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam proses penyampaian materi dan motivasi peserta, pelatihan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kinerja karyawan.</p>Dina Khoirunnisa ArbaiAzzah - AfifahZahra Nur Arfiani
